We appreciate your feedback. Unfortunately some vehicles do develop mechanical faults, all of which can't be foreseen by ourselves and will not have been evident in the rigorous checks before delivering your vehicle.
We do trust however that you are happy with the outcome after speaking to your account manager and that you received your reimbursement for the tyre balancing which was your concern.
