Hello, We hate to hear you never received your item. We sent several emails regarding shipping and even though the package was mailed with expedited shipping, the business was closed during delivery, so the package has been on hold at USPS awaiting pick up for over 7 days. We’ve sent another email with your shipping information for your convenience.
