Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

However, you have been storing with us for some years, and we, like other companies which are subject to cost increases, do increase rates from time to time. Our rates are still extremely competitive compared to other providers in the area, and we do make sure that any changes are communicated well in advance.
