How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

The colour could have been mentioned (too much pink) and the reverse ( a horrid pink check was not even mentioned. All in all £10 spent for nothing.
