Very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. When primary contact was unavailable the person who answered my follow up call, took ownership and dealt with the question. I'd recommend H&J to anyone.

Hotels have been excellent. Slight problem with the transfers as Bali reps were told we were only at two hotels not three, but all sorted so no trouble.

Went to Thailand phuket it was amazing
We booked with Hayes and Jarvis it was great value for money and a great 16 nights holiday from the flight , hotel , and transferres would defenetly book again with them
