I requested a change to the delivery address, and received an email to say this had been done. Unfortunately it hadn't, and the item went to the wrong address.

I can see in our system that that we have updated your shipping address on the same date that you sent an email(we have sent an email to the seller as well to hold the delivery). Unfortunately, the seller is too quick to deliver the item and that is the reason why it was sent to the shipping address you have on file.
It would have been good if I was sent an email to let me know when the product was being dispatched. The print was a present for a family member and i had requested to see if it could be dispatched...

Very happy to receive a full refund for the agate and carnelian necklace that I returned. Very fast turnaround and communication great by HtF. Only downside was $10.00 postage to return the item!
