Our house sitter looked after our little dog and our home really well .
Joana was a great companion for our little dog. She looked after her and our home really well. We went on holidays free of any concerns. We would recommend Joana as a house sitter any time.

Screen shots aren’t necessary nor relevant to my comments.
1. If you look at your own website you will see that a number of house sitters’ information is incomplete. For example, open ACT and look at the information provided by eg Vanessa, Gary and Vanessa, Carole.....
2. The references provided by Angela (#61321) could not be opened, except via Firefox, not other browsers.
3. I have found that emails I sent to me via your website did not appear in my emails. I was only made aware of that when I and a potential house sitter had exchanged mobile phone numbers.

I've tested each of these issues using Chrome.
1. I tested the profiles you mentioned, but they displayed normally. The text was complete.
2. I went into your account and successfully downloaded and displayed Angela's references in WORD.
3. Unfortunately I couldn't test this. However, If it happens again please let us know with specific details and then we can follow it up.
A possible solution for you is to open Chrome and clear your history.
If the issue persists, please call us on 1300 780 809 and we will look at other possible solutions.
