Thank you for your feedback. We are glad that you were happy overall with our service however, we are disappointed that you felt the service only warranted a 3 star review. We fully appreciate your comments regarding speaking with numerous colleagues and having to conduct a few viewings. We think it's worth noting that we booked 49 viewings, obtained 7 offers and agreed 2 sales during your time on the market. The original sale was agreed within 9 days of marketing, we were then unfortunately hit with Lockdown but secured a second sale and the eventual buyer soon after our return. It is not unusual to deal with a number of staff with this level of interest in a property and your help was only requested on a few occasions to aid a quicker sale. As a small family run business we would kindly ask that you reconsider you star rating as we do not really feel it truly represents the effort that was put in to selling your property in the timescale we did, especially considering the climate.
