How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

We are very sorry that your parcel arrived damaged. I have checked with customer care and they don't have a record of your email but I have asked them to get directly in touch to offer a solution and of course a gift to apologise. This is not our normal standard and we will be in contact with the couriers to find out how the parcel was delivered damaged.

The products were placed on a pre-order, we are sorry if this was clear when placing your order. We occasionally do have a product available for pre-order and will show the estimated delivery date on the product page. We do try to limit the pre-orders and keep product in stock but are sometimes affected by the external factors out of our control. The products have arrived this week and we are hurrying to get them ready to ship as soon as possible. We thank you for your patience and I will pass your comments on to the team.

We are sorry you are having issues with the application of your Curlfomers, it shouldn't be a chore! We are here to help I'm anyway. It sounds like you may be taking too big a section to begin with. We would recommend max half an inch and for your hair to be just slightly damp not wet. We would also recommend using a holding product. Use the Softhood until the hair is dry. A tip is to then wait 5 minutes once you've removed the softhood to allow the curl to 'set'.
