How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I have never had to make a claim, however given the quality of the service and friendly nature of the staff in the insurance brokers office I would imagine that their service would be great.
