Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi Sevastian, thanks for letting us know about this. We have sent one of the samples you requested to the address provided via the Royal Mail Click and Drop service - the address is pulled automatically from our website by their system and to our knowledge this was delivered ok. Can you tell me who has told you it couldn't be delivered because of an issue with the address? We'd be very happy to chase this up for you with RM in case there is an issue they haven't informed us about, and if you could shed a bit more light on the issues you've had that would be much appreciated. We did also provide a full refund for the duplicate sample you ordered for the same address as these are limited to one per household I'm afraid.

Leaking bottle

Whilst I have no issues with the actual quality of the product, I was extremely disappointed that the actual bottle had not been sealed properly and had leaked all over the inside of the packaging.

very good service and delivery. been using for 3 weeks know both multi vitamin and joint aid what a difference in my bully's and no trouble with the eating it mixed in with there food.
