Hi, We're so sorry, but we are struggling to accept this review. We send out emails automatically to confirm your order, then we send out another one to notify you of dispatch - perhaps these fell into you junk folder? We're very confused as you've stated the product went missing, how could you have known that if you claim there was no tracking, or that we hadn't let you know it was sent out? You ordered on the 19th Feb, you left this review on March 2nd, Royal Mail give 10 working days for 2nd class mail - this would have worked out to the 4th March being the deadline - so you received in plenty of time - even though you claim it went missing. We have gone back through all email addresses, including junk folders and we have received no email from you at all. We saw this review, and then emailed you again, with a screen shot of the emails we sent you to confirm order and dispatch. It is also odd that you would mention a competitor. I even shared this review across the Gummee social media in an attempt to find you so that we could clear up any misunderstanding. Nothing is more important to us than making sure our customers are happy, and we're very disappointed that on this occasion we are beyond powerless to do anything to change this.
