Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

Thanks for taking the time to leave some feedback for us. I'm sorry there were issues with the tolex when the cabinet arrived, I can see from the order that the cabinet was sold at a reduced price and it should have been made clear that there may have been a cosmetic issue with the unit.
