Hi Alan, I am so pleased that your wife is so pleased with the perfume you brought for her. I have checked your order and it was placed on the 19th December which was after the cut off for 2nd class post to arrive in time for Christmas. The postage you selected was the free postage (2nd class) which had - Will NOT arrive before xmas - in the name. I am sorry if this wasn't clear. Always feel free to get in contact with us if you would like to confirm delivery times. We hate the idea that your wife didn't have the perfume in time for Christmas but hopefully the fact that she loved it made up for the fact it was late. Best wishes, Vic x

If it was my fault then happy to change to 5 star. I don't remember selecting the delivery type but you are dealing with a husband that leaves things to the last minute. Maybe for us guys you should default to the quicker delivery selection! 😜Anyway, it's an amazing perfume and my wife loves it and she thinks I'm wonderful for getting it so that is the main thing x
