As such, we have looked into your booking and communicated with our team in Montreal regarding the events on the date of your tour. They advised that city regulations unfortunately do not permit the placement of additional street signage, as these may be confused with public transportation signage. They also shared that external factors such as traffic conditions are beyond their direct control. Additionally, we contacted you via email on May 17 regarding your feedback and, as a gesture of goodwill, an additional day on the Hop-On Hop-Off service was offered. However, we understand that this was unfortunately not suitable due to your travel schedule, and we sincerely apologize that we were unable to provide a resolution that better accommodated your situation.
