Thank you for having chosen Gray Line Las Vegas for your Grand Canyon excursion and we are very sorry for missing your sightseeing expectations. Due to an unforeseen circumstance on the day of your tour, we had to utilize a different vehicle than was originally scheduled. It was our intention of refunding you the difference between the luxury limo with skywalk tour and our normal motor-coach with skywalk tour (a difference of $120.00 per person), however once you initiated a chargeback that plan had to be put on hold pending the outcome of the credit card dispute. Additionally, we do not dispute that on a given tour different guests may have paid difference prices. However, we would like to point out that similar to other purchases consumers make, prices can vary depending upon many factors such as special inclusions (example SkyWalk included) and whether a service, or commodity, was purchased during a special sale. In closing, I want to apologize again for the change in equipment you experienced, and we want to wish you all the best in your future travel experiences.
