Good afternoon -- The engineer who carried out the survey did get 56 decibels when testing, which should be enough to provide a signal but it was explained to him the issue was happening kore in an evening. However he is unable to test the Humax box which might also be the issue. Sorry we were unable to help further, we hope you get the issue rectified in due course.
