Good afternoon -- Our appointments are request only and can never be guaranteed to the minute unfortunately. Also having checked this with the engineer who made the visit, the bracket for the dish was on the apex of your neighbours house. We suspect this was fitted using a cherry picker (Sky heights team) and would be a "two man" job. This would have meant the ladder would have gone on the road which is a health and safety concern for us so we had to decline the work with the limited access. Obviously there was no call out charge so our visit didn't cost anything and in an ideal world this would have been established at the point of booking but this is not always possible until the engineer has made the visit. Be thoughtful when parking and discuss and listen to customers concerns

Be more careful where they drive, certainly not on customer lawns. Listen to the customers requirements and not ignore them. If they disagree discuss with client not just ignore
