Very efficient. Rang Thursday, they came out Friday morning and fitted the aerial within 30 minutes, cleaned up any mess and then set up the TV!

Found cause, source of problem diligently in spite of coincidental TV channel loss solely appearing to relate to BBC HD channel change. BBC were the only channels affected.
