How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Good afternoon David -- We have consulted with the engineer who made the visit to your property. Apologies that this wasn't picked up at the point of booking as we wouldn't want to waste your and with respect our time. We are not qualified electricians so unable to move power cables. All the same there was no call out charge so it didn't cost you anything, so maybe the 1 star is a little harsh but thanks anyway for giving us the opportunity. Have a good weekend.
