Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

very disappointed that items listed as 'in stock' and bought as Christmas presents from Grahams…

very disappointed that items listed as 'in stock' and bought as Christmas presents from Grahams because they had them in stock - subsequently proved not to be in stock at all and won't be available...

I'm really sorry that we were unable to supply these waders in time for Christmas. Vass usually hold good stock and with the exception of the last bout of flooding in England, they normally ship same or next day. It's an excellent product and we have sold lots of them since we made the switch from Ocean to Vass. Kind regards, Roy Johnstone, Office Manager.

Very exzellent Service , got a call, to make sure that my adress is correct. Three days later my parcel arrived. That's very fast, normaly it takes longer to Italy.
