Beware costly returns!

Thank you very much for your feedback. 

I am sorry that you have found our returns policy confusing.  We are still quite a small family run business and we are unable to offer free returns on unwanted items.  We, therefore, ask for photographic evidence to confirm that an item is faulty.  One could return an item without these photos, however, the returns team would then have to find the fault or a collection charge would be levied. 

We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service.  We thank you for taking the time to give us this input.

You could give me no idea how long delivery would be when ordered. Then took many days before I heard from the delivery firm. No delivery window provided. This would make me think twice before...

Thank you very much for your feedback.

Furniture delivery typically takes 7-14 working days, but please allow up to 21 working days.  We usually email as soon as the order has been collected by the furniture courier and then once the courier has planned their routes they offer a 4 hour delivery timeslot.  I am very sorry if your delivery did not go as planned. 

We will look into this case and send feedback to the courier.
