Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

I have taken a further look into your feedback and I am happy to learn that you would like to stay at the hotel again as well as the staff being friendly and helpful towards you and your group during your stay. I can see there was a slight issue with the pace of play on your trip. I do apologize on behalf of the golf course. Easy to book from the selection in the brochure. Maybe this one should include transfers - 2 taxis and the Fred Olsen ferry added quite a bit to the cost and the journey time.
