Golfbreaks.com has a process in place to inform our customers of scheduled golf course maintenance. In the instance of unscheduled maintenance as soon as we learn we immediately run a report on customers traveling in order to notify of the maintenance, and the alternatives available. There are times when the decision must be made on the day of for golf course maintenance to take place in order to keep the course viable for future play. In these instances Golfbreaks.com is not informed. I do apologise for this however the maintenance is necessary for the health of the golf course or affected area. Golfbreaks.com does have a service level agreement with our suppliers to provide us with their regular maintenance schedule. This schedule may be subject to change based on a number of variables; current weather, anticipated weather, footfall, disease to name a few. Golfbreaks.com will notify our customers when and if we are notified of unscheduled maintenance. I hope this helps.
