Quick delivery but not the item that was expected.

Although delivery was quick and communication was good the item was incorrectly listed. It was an evacuation sledge not an evacuation sheet. The item was good though.

Dont trust this seller to honour a sale

I received an email from ebay saying you had cancelled the order. No apology..no explanation from the company even...yet you clearly have the product still.

Unfortunately this item was part of our fast-moving clearance stock that (as a rarity) unfortunately we had just sold out of before having the chance to adjust stock levels on ebay. A refund was immediately given and explanation offered.

Crutches

Simple pair of crutches, easy to adjust, but do find the arm part doesn't hug your arm it's quite loose don't want to use Velcro to keep it on in case of falls.
