Gigaclear Limited Adolygiadau

I have emailed them several times about an addition to my monthly bill for a service I was told would be supplied free, and have had no response.

Excellent service, support and communications since 2016. Have already recommended to several folk who have switched to Gigaclear. Continue to recommend.

Service appears to be very reliable and where there's has been a loss of service the engineers appear to deal with it quickly. Using text messaging to alert customers seems to work well.

Generally good. Also fast. But there have been a couple of serious outages, and our system does not always reconnect when that happens.

They have done what they said they would do and when they said they would do it. That is my early experience of reliability, long may it continue.

Paying for 100Mb/s, but only get that early in the morning, or at other odd times. At weekends during the day I am lucky to get 2Mb/s

28 months after being connected and the installation is still not complete as part of the conduit is still exposed on the ground and vulnerable to damage. The connection however is mostly pretty good.

They offer very fast broadband speeds and so far the service has been very reliable. It's a little bit pricey but then they are offering fast broadband in rural areas where the big companies refuse...

We seem to have frequented service interruptions and signal strength from boosters ranges from good to non existent

Easy to get through on phone. Punctual. Would have been five stars if there was a bit better communication within the firm
