Very good service and great speeds but outages are an issue
The service is good and my experience with the customer services reps when I had an issue was very good but too many major outages prevents from giving 5 stars. Is the network resilient/diverse?

Excellent service after delays in installation

Not enough capacity
There is frequently not enough capacity and we are unable to make or receive calls. "All the lines are busy, please try later" comes up in an American accent
