I bought a present and I sent it to my girlfriend, I didn't want to show her the price of the present, and I told you so, but you didn't care about it.

I do apologise on behalf of Gift and Wrap for the oversight on our part in sending the invoice with payment details with the gift. If the package is going to a different recipient than the purchaser we automatically send a packaging slip without payment details with the gift. On this occasion the name on the purchaser and the recipient were the same, unfortunatly we did not pick up the special instructions. Again we apologise for the distress this may have caused.

the service was excellent and the delivery was very quick
Great customer service . Slight issue with my first item ordered, but thanks to the excellent customer service, the issue was rectified quickly and cost me nothing.
