Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Whilst we take every care to ensure that deliveries are made on time, we do use a 3rd party courier and so, unfortunately, sometimes situations may occur that are beyond our control. Hello. Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry to hear that your bin has broken. All of our 240 Litre Wheelie Bins are manufactured to EN840 which is the recognised European Standard for mobile waste containers. However, as with all manufacturing processes, occasionally weakness can occur.
