We have checked current stock and can confirm that the 3xl Multi pocket Gillet measures 58" Chest 56" Waist, when measured flat across zipped up garment. This should give more than ample room for 50/52" chest that we suggest on our site. If your garment falls short of this spec then it is just possible that this particular item has been mis-sized in the Factory.. Either way if it is too small, by all means return it for a refund or Exchange PS on further checking we realize that you in fact ordered a 7xl NOT 3xl, this garment should measure 72/4" across the Chest, 68/70" across the Waist when measured flat.
