Sorry you were not happy with your purchase. This is a casual cut leisure Trousers. NOT a smart going out style. Measurements of 4xl are 30" around top of thigh, 26" around the Knee and 20.5" around hem (bottom of leg). Which is average for this type of Cargo pants. Mike Mike Reynolds
