On checking this order it appears that the parcel had somehow or other gone out through Royal Mail as '2nd class parcel rate'. We always strive to send out every order by 1st Class Royal Mail or Courier, which although more expensive, is rather quicker and more reliable. We are very surprised that on this occasion our customer or ourselves has not been surcharged as the incorrect franking had been shown. As error was ours we have today issued a full refund on shipping with our compliments. Mike Reynolds
