Good Afternoon, We are saddened to read your review following the first part of the treatment program. We take all feedback very seriously and we are disappointed that you feel you have not had the expected benefit following the recommended course of 3 treatments. The recommended protocol is to have 3 treatments within a 12 month period ( at least 6 weeks apart) as this has been shown to give the maximum benefits in clinical studies to the majority of the population.
We would encourage you to continue with the course and maintenance and as such we would invite you to visit the clinic for a review with the Director. There will have been some changes to the collagen which will still be ongoing as we write given the time between treatments and repeated treatments and maintenance have been seen to give the best results.

We are pleased to see that you have rebooked for the remainder of the recommended protocol as advised with your second practitioner and we enjoyed seeing the positive comments and 5 star review you sent regarding your nurse about the service you received with her via our diary system. We do try and encourage patients to try and see the same nurse wherever practical for continuance of care.
