In spite of the establishment of communication and the sending of photos, on which it could be seen that the entire goods were damaged, there was no objection. NEVER AGAIN!

Dear Henrik, Thank you for leaving a review for the item you have received. We have been communicating with you by email regarding this and have requested photos of the damaged outer packaging but as you have not been able to provide the requested photos to start an investigation with the courier regarding this. As you have not been able to provide any further information we are not be able to start the investigation with the courier as without any photos of the damage they will not entertain any claims. We request that you provide the information that we need to start this investigation and we will be able to open a case with the courier
