Hi, Thank you for leaving some feedback for us here. We sent out multiple communications regarding Battle Styles and the delays it suffered and we apologise if you did not receive these. The set sadly was delayed by the Pokemon Company and upon release we only received a fraction of what we ordered. We sent out all order we could do in date order and then had to wait until more stock arrived from the suppliers. I have just been looking for any emails from you and we did discuss this with you over emails and also apologised for the delay with the release of the set. We expected the stock around 3 weeks after the initial email sent out but unfortunately that also suffered a delay. Hi Sadique Sheikh Thank you for leaving a review here. We would like to address this issue fully. The item in your order is a 1st edition print of a set that is now sold out of the first edition print of them. We sold 95% of our stock at RRP plus any shipping fees that customers add to the box even though we could sell this stock for a lot more than this, to give our regular customers a fair chance of getting a box at the price the manufacturer intended. The remaining stock is now being sold at a competitive price compared to the market value of this out of print, but highly investible product line. There is an unlimited print run of the set being released very soon which will be available at a lower price than the 1st edition. Kind regards Andy

Hi Sadique, The price you paid for this order was at the original RRP you paid £99.95 for this order.

I am afraid that as prices can fluctuate all of the time we are not able to reduce the price of the second order you made. As mentioned before we sold 95% of our stock at RRP so that as many people as possible could get it at that price. You were one of the lucky customers who managed to secure the booster box at that price. However due to the limited nature of this product the price of this set went up after our initial stock was sold. Your second order order was placed a week after the first one and after the change in price which was visible on the website throughout the full purchase journey.
