Thank you so much for the feedback :) About the cheaper postage service, we recently changed from Royal Maisl standard 24 and 48hr delivery, to their premium fully tracked service. It does cost more than previous postage but we think at £3.65 it offers great value for a tracked service. Hopefully you think so too! :D
