Very friendly and courteous. Would of like if the company could put a 24 hour courtesy hold on reservation since part of group live in different areas of the country. But everything went great.

This is my second trip with Friendly Planet, originally recommended to me by my cousin. Your customer service is excellent and I never hesitate to call if I have any questions about my upcoming trip.

I called a couple times with questions about add-on flights and visas and the service was excellent. Follow up email service was also very good.
