Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Easy and straightforward registration

The online process was fairly simple and straightforward. My only complaint is that my daughter and I would have preferred to pay separately. The web site only allows for one credit card.
