Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Bad customer service

I sent an email asking for more details about my coverage, but didn't get a response. They call only to take more money. I don't think that will help me if I need to use the insurance.

We are really sorry about your experience. We always try to answer all customers inquiries in 24 hours or the first working day after they have been received. For some reason, your original email never got to us. We are currently looking into this technical issue in order to avoid any future problems.
