Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

What Rob said about Forest Barn Holidays:

Cottages were clean and well equipped. The age and decor of the Manor gave it really special feel. (apart possibly for Brambles which had a very small contained Kitchen)

Thank you for your kind feedback. We’re delighted you found the cottages clean, well equipped, and enjoyed the Manor’s special character. You’re right that Brambles’ kitchen is compact, but as it’s designed for two we’ve ensured it is fully equipped to make a comfortable stay.
