Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Fine apart from 3 hour delay on the way back.

Service was fine .... living on the Isle of Man ..... but the return flight from Palma to the IOM on 23/07/2022 was delayed by 3 hours (because of crew issues)

Usually love these direct flights So convenient for travel From Isle of Man

I would always use direct flights from Isle of Man so much easier But on the return flight from majorca The communication was so bad We found out by checking the internet ourselves our flight was...

We truly understand your frustration due to the long waiting time at the airport and not being informed properly. We are investigating why the crew didn't keep you posted at all times. With regards to the flight times, at the time of booking you already know the times, so that it's not a surprise when you travel. We are looking to offer different times for next program. On a positive note, we hope you had a great time in Majorca!

Fantastic experience and dealing with Fly Direct was so easy. The return flight was delayed by 3 hours which was OK but a lack of information was frustrating which is why I haven’t awarded 5stars.

Would still consider using again though

Positives Direct from IOM Comfortable plane Negatives Delayed both ways 3.30 minutes on return Only tea and a brownie on plane Lacking organisation for pick up at airport
