Thanks for your feedback. The item you ordered is guaranteed for 5 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, due to the time passed, I cannot look into this further for you. We do need to be made aware of any issues, within the guarantee period. I will feed back your comments to the relevant departments.
The flowers were poor and died within 2 days. Also didn't like the fact the flowers has a 7 to 7 deliver time, as before 9 and after 5, was not acceptable.
