So far so good...
We've only solidified the rental. Up to this point, all has been fluid. Greg has responded in a timely manner and provided relevant info.

Smooth Payment - 1st time user
First time using flipkey and it was smooth sailing to pay for the vacation rental. We have yet to use the rental so I cannot comment on that as of yet.
