Merci! Glad to hear you're enjoying your router! Our apologies if this was not made during the purchase process. It is noted in our Shipping FAQ that: There may be additional customs fees incurred based on the local importation laws of your country. You (the recipient) are responsible for all customs fees charged by your country’s customs agency. We will attempt to make this clearer in the future. Thank you for your comment!

We aim to please!

We aim to make the ordering and setup process as simple as possible. We're sorry to hear that your connection slowed more than expected. Unfortunately, speed is not something we can guarantee. The speed of your network is dependent upon a number of factors including what speeds your ISP offers and your general "environment."
