Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your comments. Our records show that we never allowed a viewing to take place with a prospective buyer unless they were accompanied. We believe you are referring to agreeing the completion date where we did pass on to you requests from the purchasers. The keys were not released to the buyers until completion had formally taken place.
