Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hey Jakub, Thank you for the feedback so glad you love the Playpak. Regards the payment as we are a company based in the U.K sometimes when you are paying from another country your bank will block it as a security measure and wait confirmation of the payment.

Always a great experience

I ordered extra pieces that I did not need to order. I got an e- mail informing me of this before they sent my shipment. That meant they refunded the money and didn't need to send the extra pieces...
