Out Of Date Cheese

Ordering was simple but the cheese arrived with a Use By Date which was before the order date. A replacement has been promised but not arrived yet.

Thank you for your feedback. Please note that we always package fresh and frozen products separately. This is why your fresh product was sent with a standard ice pack, while your frozen product was shipped in a specialised refrigerated box with dry ice and additional ice packs to ensure it remained frozen during transit.
