Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate that call costs are a concern and if requested we will always be happy to call you back. There are also other methods of communication that may suit you personally. You can email us, if that helps. Your Personal Finance Manager (PFM) will be able to provide you with their email address. We have also introduced GP online, an online portal that allows you to monitor your plan, its progress and review all your personal information, as well as much more. From here you can also request call backs for times that suit you personally.
