Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

If you need to contact us online we have introduced GP Online, a secure online portal that allows you to monitor your debt management plan, track your progress and review all your personal information. You can also request reviews (at a time that suits you) via GP Online. Hopefully this will help with your contact requests going forward. If you need to speak to us we do offer a number of options, other than calling, which you may find helpful. You can email us, for example: your Personal Finance Manager will be able to provide you with the email address. We have also introduced GP Online, a secure online portal that allows you to monitor your debt management plan, track your progress and review all your personal information. You can also request a call back from us (at a time that suits you) via GP Online. When an arrangement is confirmed with your creditors, or we receive your payment, we do send text messages to inform you and keep you up to date with the progress on your plan. I hope going forward that this helps to improve the level of communication for you. I have also asked for your Personal Finance Manager to contact you and discuss your concerns.
