How are Feefo reviews collected?

We independently collect feedback on behalf of the businesses that work with us. Our platform only reaches out to verified buyers, so you can be sure you’re reading reviews from real customers.

Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry that it’s taking a longer than usual to secure creditor arrangements. Of your 12 lenders we now have arrangements in place with six of them and continue to work on the remaining ones. For various reasons some creditors have been unable to locate the debts and this has caused the delay in securing arrangements. Our Creditor Liaison team is actively working to secure arrangements with the remaining creditors as soon as possible. We are monitoring this closely for you and I’ve asked your Personal Finance Manager to give you a call with a status update. Thank you Steven Hewitt Gregory Pennington
